From September 10 to October 2 I improved on all of my fitness test. I improved my step ups from 96-103, my push ups test from 18-20, and my curl ups increased from 32-35. I improved by walking to and from the basketball gym, also by playing for the MAM basketball team.Yes, i did my best on the fitness test. I can improve in my fitness test by doing 2 set of 13 push ups,2 sets of 20 curl ups, and doing a 3 minute & 30 seconds step test. This is how i can improve my fitness test.
